This website (www.kilogram.com.au) and the associated production portal at app.kilogram.com.au (collectively, the “Sites”) are operated by Kilogram Studio Pty Ltd (“Kilogram”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
All content on the Sites — including but not limited to the visual design, page layouts, copy, photography, video, audio, software, brand marks (“Kilogram”, “Gravity”, “Content with Weight”), and the underlying source code — is the property of Kilogram or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, frame, scrape, adapt, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Sites without our prior written consent. Brief excerpts for personal, non-commercial reference are permitted under normal fair-dealing principles.
The production portal (Gravity) is restricted to authenticated users issued credentials by Kilogram or invited via a Kilogram-generated share link. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer the portal’s software, or extract data belonging to other clients. Credentials and share links are personal to the recipient and must not be on-shared.
Materials uploaded to or generated within the portal in connection with a Kilogram production engagement are subject to the terms of the production agreement between the client and Kilogram. Where no separate agreement applies, Kilogram retains all rights in its original creative work pending settlement of agreed fees.
The Sites are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kilogram excludes liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Sites, including downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in displayed content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
