Victoria Racing Club

A pre-Cup film for the Victoria Racing Club, shot at Flemington in the lead up to the 2023 Melbourne Cup Carnival. Golden dawn light carries it: tractors grooming the track, jockeys silhouetted against the city skyline, roses in bloom, a horse being washed down, silks going on and tables being set in the stands. Riders and racegoers share the frame before it all builds to the Cup itself, glowing on its plinth.
