Tailor’s Mark

We were tasked with shooting and building a very modern product film for Tailor's Mark, on a technologically advanced piece of gear they were introducing to the world: TAILOR3D, a printer that prints a 3D replica of your body ready to have a suit tailored to your exact measurements. Employing a range of different camera techniques, including overhead rigs, gimbal and handheld, this piece showcases the tech in a clean and concise fashion. We came on as director through Gen C, working from a creative concept and shot list by the agency Taboo. The film is built in three parts, each with its own location: the consultation in a house, with talent on the body scanner; construction in a warehouse, with the 3D printed mould, fabrics and fitting; and the customer in a clean studio space, unboxing and wearing the finished suit. The structure was planned so each part could also stand alone as a shorter social edit.
