Meal Vision, from Compass Group, is an AI camera that reads each plate and tracks what residents actually eat. This product film opens on a hard number, 68% of aged care residents at risk of malnutrition, then shows the system at work: plates scanned at the servery, food mapped in colour, nutrition data on screen for carers and kitchen staff. Interviews and quiet moments with residents keep it human.
